*We are a registered Insurance intermediary under the name MALEE EAST AFRICA INSURANCE BROKERS LIMITED. We are authorized and regulated by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) of Kenya. We act by the guidelines and regulation of the IRA and the laws of Kenya.

Can I have extended limits on my benefits?

*Yes, this is possible. For benefits like courtesy car, Excess waiver, side mirror, Personal effects, Spare Wheel and Rim, which you exhaust once you claim, you can always buy them back into the cover for future claims. Additionally, you can also pay for extra limits for your windscreen and entertainment system benefits if these two items are more expensive than the majority of cars in the market, at the discretion of the company.

What determines the amount to be paid after I make a claim?

*Depending on the claim, we will compensate you the amount determined by the cover limit and any excesses described in the policy document under each benefit. For any total loss, the amount paid back will be determined by the value of your car just before the time of the accident.

Do you add commissions and charges on the prices you show?
